He built his standing in the industry by doing things differently and is respected as one of Australia’s most design focused property developers and the success of his projects has influenced the industry.

With a successful track record, and 21 years experience as the co-owner and CEO of Fridcorp, Nigel thoroughly understands how to deliver successful projects. Fridcorp’s many developments captured the imagination of the market in Melbourne and when it entered Sydney, their apartment projects soon leapt in size to over 560 apartments and including large scale retail. Nigel understands the elements that create a genuine opportunity while mitigating risk. He has consistently driven the success of the company’s developments for the benefit of those who live, work, and invest in them.

With a Melbourne University Bachelor of Commerce degree, Steven’s finance, analytical and feasibility skills have been honed during his three year stint at Goldman Sachs. Steven’s previous role as Managing Director of Jinding Real Estate provides him with valuable experience in a diversified property development company with extensive interests in broad acre land development.

Campbell brings over 20 years of development and construction experience across mixed‑use and residential projects throughout Australia's eastern seaboard. He is committed to delivering refined, high‑quality projects that achieve a point of difference within the market.

Campbell has a strong passion for design excellence and the disciplined delivery of quality developments. His expertise spans site identification, stakeholder negotiations, financial analysis and project execution, allowing him to guide projects from inception through to completion.

Prior to joining Alta, Campbell spent more than 14 years in a senior development role with a private developer, where he was responsible for successfully delivering apartment, townhouse and commercial developments across Melbourne and Sydney at the highest level.

Adam joins Alta, bringing deep financial and taxation expertise across the property sector. A Chartered Accountant and registered Tax Agent, Adam offers a highly developed understanding of tax structuring, compliance and financial management within complex development environments.

Prior to joining Alta, Adam served as Chief Financial Officer for a real estate group specialising in land subdivisions and development projects. He has also spent more than 15+ years within large accounting firms, providing technical tax and business advisory services to predominantly property‑focused clients.

Adam is responsible for Alta's financial control, reporting, taxation and treasury management, supporting disciplined decision‑making and the long‑term financial integrity of the business.

Mark Tappin is a renowned real estate identity with over 40 years of property experience. Having honed his relationship and management skills initially as a cadet with Noel Jones Real Estate, Mark went on to roles as managing director of companies with up to 250 staff both nationally and internationally.

Mark later created his own Real Estate business, Rand Corporation, which soon became a highly successful and dominant Bayside agency.

Mark has an extensive industry network, an acute understanding of property value and an enviable ability to search out opportunities.

With over a decade of marketing experience in residential property, Caitlin brings a strategic and brand‑led approach to Alta. She has a proven track record of delivering tailored marketing campaigns across large, design‑led developments in Melbourne and Sydney, combining strategy and creativity to drive strong results.

At Alta, Caitlin is responsible for guiding campaigns from end to end, managing every stage of the project lifecycle from brand development through to project completion.

With a passion for design and storytelling, Caitlin works collaboratively with development teams, design partners and sales agents to shape each project's identity, bringing them to life through creative, compelling campaigns that drive impact and reflect the design ambition and quality of the Alta brand.
